The Hard Hat Interchange System (HHIS) Replacement Kit includes hard hat HHIS mounting brackets and face shield/welding helmet HHIS mounting blades for the Jackson Safety Quad™ 500 Series (Product No. 14225 and 14235). The HHIS mounting brackets and blades allows quick switching between face shields and welding helmets without removing hard hats. Hear the audible click and know your PPE is assembled correctly without the need for visual inspection. The one-button action provides quick release while vertical lock-in eliminates the annoyance of helmet creep. Made from lightweight polypropylene, these mounting brackets meet ANSI standards when PPE products are used separately or combined and they remain dielectric, keeping your hard hat Class E rated.
