The Weldmark® by Victor® Acetylene 3-101 series Oxy-Fuel Size 0 Cutting Tip has a cutting capacity of 0.25 inches. This general purpose 3-101 series tip is 0.8" long and 3.3" wide, and comes in one piece. It is ideal for hand torch cutting. It is compatible with CA1350/51/52, CA1260 and CA411-3 cutting attachments, and is capable of cutting 27-30 inches per minute, with an average kerf width of 0.05 inches. It's designed for use with Acetylene gas, with a max Acetylene pressure of 5 and a max cutting oxygen pressure of 25. Oxy-Fuel cutting is a thermal cutting process utilizing oxygen or fuel gases to cut through metals such as mild steel. In this process, the torch heats the steel to its ignition temperature, after which oxygen is directed to the cutting point, burning it into a metal oxide. A stream of gas blows the metal oxide away from the work area, resulting in a clean cut.
