An advanced bond formulation eliminates uneven edge wear, reducing high energy debris during the grinding process and improving balance for smooth operation. Premium aluminum oxide grains offer a smooth, consistent cut-rate for an exceptional combination of performance and value when grinding steel or other metals. The Tiger 2.0 upgrade features a QR code on the wheel for quick access to important safety information and an Optimum Use Line to help get the most out of the wheel. Using the wheel to its full life reduces change-overs, which helps users be more productive while reducing waste and abrasive spend. The flat profile of the type 27 shape in combination with the depressed center allows for a wide range of grinding angles (0-45). These 1/4 inch grinding wheels are ideal for heavy stock removal, scale removal, weld removal, weld blending, edge beveling and torch-cut softening with a right angle grinder. A small 5/8"-11 nutted metal hub allows for more usable surface area of the wheel in addition to providing quick spin-on, spin-off changeover.
